Training and support of its staff is vital to the standard of service given by C M Care and the motivation and quality of support given by its staff.
Shadowing and Induction Training is a must when joining the company.
Most staff attends training courses at least once a quarter with QCF progression in care programmed into their work time. These are usually in local training centres.
Staff personal supervision is also an expectation, with monthly progress meetings programmed into each employee’s work schedule.
C M Care boasts a stable staff team, thanks to its commitment to the development and support to each member.
Staff are entitled to 28 days annual leave including public holidays (in line with length of service and contracted hours)

We have a positive attitude to volunteering as a worthwhile activity, where new skills can be gained and confidence built, and improving future employment opportunities. New friendships can be formed and the individual better integrated into the local community.
