Welcome to CM Care Ltd
CM Care works closely with the Social Service Department in the Borough of Wandsworth, focusing on the needs of each service users and working closely with them, their families/carers and professionals in prompting living more independently.
We provide beneficial and positive support to service users to live in their own homes within society’s everyday communities; prompting independence and helping motivate the individual to achieve daily living skills and become better integrated.
CM Care works in close collaboration with Kaya Housing, its sister organisation, which provides the accommodation for service users supported by C M Care. These units are usually new build projects or total refurbishments, and are therefore of a high standard.
